Coconut cookies from grated coconut.
Servings 5 people
- 1 unit grated coconut
- 2 cup flour
- 0.5 unit sugar
- 1 package vanillin
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Merge all ingredients and mix them. Dough should be elastic.
- Roll the dough and use forms for making beautiful cookies "templates".
- Put them onto the baking tray (with foil) and oil cookies with oat milk or sugary water. Use sesame if needed.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes with 180 degrees. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking.
